Jade Pendant Necklace, Hetian Nephrite
A dramatic Hetian white nephrite pendant necklace with accent stones. The primary pendant is a pi or donut shape which dates back thousands of years to the Neolithic Era in Chinese culture. This pi is approximately 2 inches in diameter and weighs 53.7 grams. The color is mutton fat creamy white. Considering the high polish, this piece is likely to date from the early 20th century. A unisex pendant suitable for men or women. The attached cord is approximately 30 inches long. Fine condition.
