Jade Lotus Pod Pendant Necklace, Hetian Nephrite, Qing
A beautiful Hetian nephrite pendant necklace from the Qing Dynasty. The jade is a lardy mutton fat white color with foliate carving on one side and lotus pods on the other. Beautiful fatty luster and silky feel with good translucence. The pendant is about 2.5 inches long, 1.25inches wide and weighs 75.5 grams. It hangs from a simple black silk cord which can be adjusted for length. Very fine antique jade for a man or woman.
